Ingredients: 1 pear, 1 banana, low-fat yoghurt, milk, sugar,
Peel the pear and slice it in little pieces. Do it in a blender and add in a banana chopped in slices, low-fat yoghurt, milk and some sugar (I don’t have the exact amounts of the ingredients, I’ve just tried a bit). Cover the lid and turn the blender on until you have a good smoothie. Enjoy!
