
Ingredients: 250 grams butter, 250 grams sugar, 4 eggs, 250 grams selfraising flour, 8 gram vanilla sugar, 300 grams summerfruits,
Beat 250 grams butter with 250 grams sugar until pale and smooth. Gradually add 4 eggs and combine. Add 250 grams selfraising flour and 8 grams vanilla sugar. Mix it until it becomes smooth. Add 300 grams summerfruits (a mix of bilberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries) to the batter and stir it. Grease a cake tin and spoon the batter into the cake tin. The cake should be baked in a preheated oven on 160C (fan) for about 90 minutes. Add a skewer in the middle of the cake, when it comes out clean your cake is ready. Cool it down a little to get the cake out of the tin. Enjoy!
